Introduction
This page will guide you on how to find the log files on Mac and Windows to provide them to support.
Windows Computer
On a Windows computer, you can find it by browsing to the user folder > Spencer (as shown in the screenshot below)
Mac
On a Mac, you can find the log files by browsing from your home folder > Spencer (as shown in the screenshot below).
If you don't have your home folder stored in your favorites you can find it by clicking on GO in the finder menu and click on Home (as shown below in the screenshot)
