Make a publication accessible to a specific audience

You can optionally restrict the audience who can see each publication, by selecting one or more user lists during publication creation or editing. 

Only people part of at least one of the selected user lists, will have access to this specific publication. Others won’t see this publication when they open Spencer.

To configure this audience restriction, open a publication, go to Article settings, and select one or more user lists. 

Important to note, if you leave the audience empty, everyone with access to Spencer will be able to read this publication.
